#Gracious Majesty
Once upon a time, in a land far beyond the misty mountains, there was a beautiful kingdom πΈπ. It was a place of peace and plenty, where a wise king ruled that land with fairness. He lived in a magnificent palace with his wife and a daughter. ππΈ As the years turned into seasons, the princess grew up into a very beautiful girl with hair like silk and eyes like stars. But as her beauty grew, so did her pride. She became a very arrogant girl π π. She lived in such luxury that she wouldn't respect the poor people who lived outside the palace walls. She would treat those who worked in the palace like slaves, shouting orders and never saying thank you π‘π°. Because of her cold heart, nobody liked her, and the servants whispered about her cruelty in the shadows.
One day, seeking a change of scenery, she went to the forest with her guards π³π‘️. She wanted to pick rare flowers, but the peace of the woods was suddenly broken. Suddenly, enemy soldiers attacked them! π±⚔️ The sounds of clashing swords filled the air. The princess was scared and ran away into the thickest part of the jungle. She ran far into the woods, tripping over roots and thorns, until she found a small, humble house where she rested π‘π΄. Exhausted, she fell into a deep sleep on a wooden bench.
When morning came, the princess woke up to the sunlight streaming through a cracked window. A voice asked her π£️, “Are your eyes open now? How long do you sleep?” ππ The princess looked around, confused and disoriented. She saw a woman looking at her angrily π π©. The woman’s hands were rough from work. The princess, feeling arrogant even in her messy clothes, asked, “Who are you? Do you know how a princess should behave?” πΈπ€¨ The woman didn't bow. Instead, she replied, “There’s no princess here. You’re confused.” π ♀️
The princess didn’t trust her and started walking back into the woods, hoping to find her palace. But after a little while, she became scared again because the trees all looked the same. She thought, “What if I go to another country? Maybe I can find help there.” So she went back to the woman and asked, “How can I leave from here?” π€π The woman sighed and said, “Once a week, ten bullock carts of people take others to different countries. Each bullock cart goes to one country.” ππ
The princess asked, “When will it come?” Her stomach let out a loud growl. The woman said, “It came two days ago and will come again in five days.” π π’ The princess was sad. She realized she was trapped in this tiny house for a long time. She felt hungry and asked her, “Is there anything to eat here?” π½️π
The woman replied, “I have food, but I can’t give it to you for free.” πΈπ ♀️ The princess looked for coins in her silk pockets, but she had none. The woman said, “If you want food, you must work.” π ️π The princess was outraged. She said, “I can’t do that. I am a princess. How can I work like common people?” πΈπ«
The woman was unimpressed. She said, “Then, stay hungry for now.” And she went inside, leaving the princess alone π️π. As time passed, the princess couldn’t bear her hunger anymore. The pride in her heart began to break. She hesitated to knocked on the door of the house. Finally, she gave in. She helped the woman with household chores, sweeping the dusty floors and washing heavy pots. She worked in the fields like common people, pulling weeds under the hot sun and learning their struggles firsthand πΎπͺ.
As she worked, she began to understand the value of hard work and humility, leaving her arrogance behind with every drop of sweat. πͺ When she did, the woman saw the change in her heart and finally gave her some food π²π.
That was the first time the princess experienced what it’s like to be poor. Inside the house, everything was small, even smaller than her palace room π‘π. She realized how poor people live every day, struggling for every meal. She saw how they manage with very little and still find the strength to keep going.
The woman then brought her some food in a tiny, wooden bowl π₯£π€. The princess, used to giant silver platters, asked, “Why is this bowl so small?” The woman smiled and said, “If you want, eat it. If not, give it back to me.” ππ The princess didn't complain this time. She ate the small food and felt very happy because she was so hungry π❤️. She realized that a simple meal earned through work tastes better than a feast given for nothing.
Over the next few days, she then did small jobs and earned a little money π°π. That made her very happy. Finally, the day came when the bullock carts would leave again ππ. The princess went to the woman and said, “Thank you so much for taking care of me. I will never forget you. I was wrong all this time. Thank you for showing me the right way.” πΈ
She returned to her country and told her parents everything that had happened. π‘π¨π©π§ Her father was amazed by her transformation. From that day, she started treating everyone with kindness and love ❤️π. She built schools and helped the poor, using her power for good. Everyone in the kingdom liked her, and she lived happily ever after! ππ
